What this website is

The content here describes Talentstra's services and points of view. It is general information, not advice on your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship. An engagement with Talentstra begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter setting out scope, fees, and terms.

Selected work and figures

Mandate profiles published under Selected work are representative. Client identities are withheld and details are generalised to protect confidentiality. Figures shown are indicative of the engagements described and are not a forecast or guarantee of any particular result.

Mandates and applications

Roles listed under Selected mandates are searches Talentstra is running on behalf of client organisations. Publication of a mandate is not an offer of employment, and Talentstra is not the employer. Applying does not guarantee a response, though we aim to respond to every application where there is genuine alignment.

What you submit

When you submit an inquiry, profile, or application you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential information belonging to a current or former employer. Handling of what you do send is described in our privacy notice.

Content ownership

The text, design, structure, and marks on this site belong to Talentstra or its licensors. You may read, quote with attribution, and share links. You may not republish substantial portions, present the material as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without written permission.
